When you submit an enquiry form or contact us we may collect: name, email address, phone number, wedding date, wedding venue and any details you provide (message). We may also process technical data (IP address, device/browser) for analytics.

Data is collected when you submit our Facebook/Instagram instant form, contact form on our website, or email us directly.

4. Purpose & legal basis
We process your data to respond to enquiries, check our availability and provide services (legal basis: contract / legitimate interest). Where we send marketing, we rely on your consent; you may withdraw consent at any time.

5. Recipients / sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with service providers who process data on our behalf (e.g., email provider, CRM) under contract and only as necessary to provide our services.

If data is processed outside the EEA, we use appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses) where required.

We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months to manage relationships and bookings, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
